I recently ordered this as this was described as being for the older 360 consoles and the display picture of the power supply shows that between the 2 rows of 3 pins on the cable there is a small slot with nothing in it which is the one i needed. However the one that they sent there is a divider in the middle of that slot which means i now have a useless power cable. Thanks very much guys, what a waste of time.

I had three segments flashing on my 4 year old elite. Turned out to be the power brick playing up and I looked around and found this. I was initially a bit confused as I assumed all the power bricks would have the same wattage output....but that is clearly not the case. Equally from the feedback the plug attached can differ...why xbox, why?
Anyway, I checked my brick and found the output was 175W and ordered this power converter. The jack that is attached fit my elite perfectly. My XBOX is about 4 years old now, is the elite version and thanks to this converter is now working perfectly.
Make sure you don't throw your 3 pin plug away as you will need it, as this item does not come with one.
I'm really impressed...happy gaming everyone.

I hade ordered the 220 volt input power supply to be used in afghanistan in the recreation room for the 360 that we have in their. but when I got the power supply it was the standard 110 power suppply from the state side. anyways when I did a review of the product page it stated that it was supposed to be 220 on their also. so just be careful of what you order I Will not purchase from this company again. Granted I have aquired a power converter to be able to use the power supply

The item arrived quicker than expected, it was securely packaged, it works with my (xbox 360 chrome) and still works fine months later. Cant ask for much more really.
