Overall I enjoyed the XNecrosha book.
The X-Force story is good, although a little disappointing when compared to some of the earlier X-force tales.
The New Mutants story was a great read, I especially liked how they presented Cypher's power.
(Cypher being a resurrecting X-Men character that I had only ever encountered in passing before)
The X-Men Legacy story is also an enjoyable read with some great action & good character moments.
The order of the comics (as tends to happen with quite a few marvel collections) is out of chronological order.
Which is quite annoying.
The backup one shots should be at the front of the book and lead in to the main story.
I knew this going in & read them first & then read the other stories in my preferred order.
However I would say quite a few readers will not realise this.
Also the Amazon product description above is awful.
For anyone trying to work out whats in the book, it contains:-
NEW X-MEN #32
X-NECROSHA: THE GATHERING
X-FORCE ANNUAL #1 <-- Random Deadpool story
NEW MUTANTS #6, #7, #8
X-MEN LEGACY #231, #232, #233, #234
X-FORCE #21, #22, #23, #24, #25
That is also the order I read the collection in.
I would recommend that anyone reading this reads
NEW X-MEN #32 -> X-FORCE #11 -> X-NECROSHA: THE GATHERING -> X-NECROSHA #1
before the other titles. (they're at the back of the book)
