Product Description
This 15cm Cooks Knife from the 'Classic' range by Wusthof is a must have for any kitchen. With a deep blade, it will effortlessly slice and chop all types of produce. The bolster helps to ensure that the knife balances perfectly, and the comfortable handle is easy to grip and hold even with wet or slippery hands.
•Wusthof 'Classic' Cooks Knife with a 'hot-dropped', corrosion resistant, high carbon, non-stain steel blade
•The triple riveted handles are constructed from Hostaform C resin, and are seamless making them extremely hygienic
•Each knife features a bolster which acts as both a finger guard during use, and contributes to the knives perfect balance
•This Cooks Knife is part of the extensive Wusthof 'Classic' range, as is favoured by many professional and celebrity chefs
•Blade dimensions approximately: 15cm or 6"
•As with all professional knives, we would recommend that they are washed thoroughly straight after use, are sharpened frequently following the manufacturers guidelines and are stored in a suitable environment which is neither harmful to the knife, yourself or those around you
•This knife is Dishwasher Safe, although we recommend that they are washed by hand
•This knife may only be sold to persons of 18 years or more
