DVD Description

One Wrong Turn deserves another. Acclaimed director Joe Lynch paints the screen red in this jump-out-of-your-seat sequel to the popular horror hit. Starring Erica Leerhsen (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and hardcore rock icon Henry Rollins (Feast), Wrong Turn 2 unleashes its deformed bunch of inbred cannibals on another set of unsuspecting individuals, resulting in a gory bloodbath. Six contestants led by the headstrong Nina Papas (Leerhsen) assemble in the desolate woodlands of West Virginia to take part in the latest US reality show. Over the next five days they must battle against the elements in a simulated wasteland to see who will emerge the ultimate survivor and pocket the $100,000 first prize. But the participants are soon fighting for survival in even deadlier game when they encounter a family of flesh-hungry mutants intent of having them for dinner...

Extras include:

• Commentaries

• More blood, more guts: The making of Wrong Turn 2

• On location with P-Nut

old school gore 8 Nov 2007
By Me
Format:DVD
Take a horrid collection of celebrity wannabees, dump them in a forest as part of a reality survival show and... oops! Did I forget to mention a family of hillbilly inbred mutants who live there? Any way mix well and massacre with loads of really top blood letting f/x. I'm a Celebrity Disembowel Me! It's all really good fun 'cos you want them all TO DIE! Enjoy.

Wrong Turn 2 17 April 2011
Format:DVD
I can see there's some adverse reviews about this movie, but honestly, come on guys, what were you expecting, Hamlet? It's a reworking of the same story about mad cannibals running about the place grunting at each other and gnawing on human thigh bones. On that level it delivers. Same part of the world, same cannibals, just different city types getting munched, well obviously. This time it's a Big Brother type survival show set in the woods just after the nuclear bomb drops. I did laugh when one of the contestants finds a bit of meat roasting in the woods and decides to tuck in, yummy. Oh my god, it turns out not all of the ingredients on that stick and their relevant carbohydrate ratings have been clearly marked. In fact it's one of the other contestants!! Are Americans really that devoted to eating? Anyway, if you're a horror fan, this is well worth adding to your collection.

Turned out wrong 28 Sep 2010
Format:DVD
This inane rambling film is only good for pornography for those who enjoy excess splatter gore.

A mutant cannibal family live in the woods, picking off contestants in a reality TV survival show. Anyone who is not a virgin or "american apple pie" gets knocked off first. All of this equalls dire, formulaic drivel, and about a scary a timid Starling.

The only saving grace of this film is Henry Rollins, but he should have known better than to get involved with this.

Just dreadful. Avoid.

Rubbish
Wrong Turn 2.
Too much senseless gore became very boring.
I thought the first Wrong Turn was watchable but this one meanders and is ultimately pointless.

I'm a one-dimensional character, get me out of here!
The chuntering mutant hillbillies are back and this time it's personal! Lynch has produced a respectable gorefest that continues the simple themes of the original. Read more
