Worth the price, but not particularly enlightening 20 Oct 2009

"In this world you get what you pay for!" is true here. At $0.99 this is a nice review of the literary importance of two founders of modern fantasy writing. On the other hand, if you have been reading fantasy for awhile, done some writing on your own, and taken a high school level literary criticism course with a good teacher, then there is nothing new here for you to learn.

Worth the price, but not particularly informative.

A fun read 13 Jan 2012

I've been writing for decades, so I didn't really learn much, but I think this would have been very helpful to me when I was starting out. And it was fun to read.
