Book Description

Imagine you could write the first draft of a novel in only 30 days. Imagine you could figure out how long it would take to complete each step down to the day – that you could set realistic and accurate goals that would allow you to maintain a constant momentum.

This 30-day method for outlining a novel eliminates many of the problems that plague authors, novice and experienced. It will work for any genre of fiction and for any type of writer. You might think that using an outline stifles creativity. But there’s no wrong way to write a book – just ineffective ways. Try this method once and see if it makes a difference…

‘Writing a Book in 30 Days’ covers:

Brainstorming
Stage 1: Preliminary Outline – Days 1–6
Stage 2: Research – Days 7–13
Stage 3: Story Evolution – Days 14–15
Stage 4: Formatted Outline – Days 16–24
Stage 5: Outline Evaluation – Days 25–28
Stage 6: Revising Your Outline – Days 29–30

60-Minute Masterclasses are expert ebooks that help you do more with your creative writing, journalism and entrepreneurship. Locking on to the stuff that you actually need to know, each title is a precise, practical pointer on the matters that matter most.

This is an amazing book for writers who want to learn and be inspired and encouraged. The links to the worksheet do not work, however if you visit the website and search it, you can find them.
Definitely a good buy!

4.0 out of 5 stars How to write a book in 30 days 14 July 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book is a very insightful and helpful guide on structuring your first draft of a novel. Unless you are incredibly disciplined or have a very strong outline for a novel already in your mind, the 30 days is quite optimistic. I will use this book absolutely to draw up my first draft but it will probably take me at least 60 days!
