I think anyone who is known at work for not being a "team player" or finds themselves often misunderstood over emails should read this book. It taught me a lot about how I was being perceived by others and it made sense. Then it told me exactly how to fix my emails.

This book can be a strong addition to any business and / or communication classroom. The information was clear and the examples were plentiful. When I had a student approach me about developing a better way to communicate with "clients" who had a difficult time understanding written communication, I simply gave her a copy of this book. She was thrilled and has since informed me that it really provided her some much needed tools.

Excellent resource for business email use. Sound advice on everyday common situations as well as unusual positions you may find yourself in. I found this book helpful in re-thinking some of the ways I use email and how I can be more effective and efficient with it.
