I think anyone who is known at work for not being a "team player" or finds themselves often misunderstood over emails should read this book. It taught me a lot about how I was being perceived by others and it made sense. Then it told me exactly how to fix my emails.

This book can be a strong addition to any business and / or communication classroom. The information was clear and the examples were plentiful. When I had a student approach me about developing a better way to communicate with "clients" who had a difficult time understanding written communication, I simply gave her a copy of this book. She was thrilled and has since informed me that it really provided her some much needed tools.
