Product Description
The Desktop Patrol Dalek patrols your desktop for hours, never falling off or bumping in to anything. Simply turn the ten centimetre Dalek and place it on your desktop, or on any other flat surface, the robot has inbuilt sensors that detect the ground in front of it, and will turn away from the edge of the desk or any object, hence continually patrolling your desktop. At each turn the Dalek says “Exterminate” (although this function can be turned off if your prefer a silent patrol). The Dalek is ten centimetres tall and requires three AAA batteries (not included).

Bought as a present for a friend, fan of doctor who. You need a small screwdriver to put the batteries in place, and then it's pure awesomeness, provided you like the Daaleks !

This is a fun little item in small doses and if you find one cheaper than the £15 it was on sale for before xmas it seems to get itself confused a lot though ,sometimes its fine and turns before it spills my brew or falls off the table but ...sometimes not it spins around like it doesnt know what to do or where to go but at least it is durable as it needs to be WHEN it falls on the floor.
it has nice clear dalek speech telling your family or colleagues its going to exterminate them which could get annoying especially at work and in the interst of research i'm gonna give it a try and see how long it takes to p%&$ the boss off you caaan switch off the speech but where would be the fun in that?
