I'm not a habitual reviewer - in fact this is the first of many years' worth of Amazon purchases I've felt moved to review.
I ordered my Wormcity one day and it was with me the next. I opened the box, thinking I might leave it for my husband to set up, and five minutes later, following the step-by-step instructions... it was set up!
Chose Wormcity after extensive research online. Mainly because it looked better designed than other wormeries; with plenty of capacity for the wrigglers and also not a precarious thing on legs, so nice and stable. I have 5 kids and a dog. Things tend to get knocked over.
When the Wormcity came, I wasn't disappointed in the sturdiness and how ingenious it is, too. Well thought out and designed, and well constructed. It's gone into the out-house for the winter, but have a shady corner ready for it in the spring. It is a nice looking thing, and won't look out of place in the neatest of gardens (or an er.... 'wild' garden like mine!) I can't resist checking out 'my' city - so far the worms look happy, and are in place and ready to get going in the spring, am sure! Have had a secret hankering for my own wormery composter for years - am so glad that now it's finally here, it is everything I hoped it would be. Would have been awful if it wasn't.
Wormcity have an informative website, with a forum - if you have any problems or questions, they seem to get answered quickly and efficiently.
Customer service second to none. Another reason I decided to go with Wormcity, as they seem passionate about what they do.
