For those in business, who lack marketing training a must. 4 July 1999

While quiet good at my own job, promoting my business and developing new contacts was not my strong suit. However Dr Misners book has helped and greatly improved my networking skills. Well laid out with great index and a host of useful and easy tips, I find myself refering to it and now consider it a most useful tool to my trade.

Easy to read and understand 1 July 1999

If you are looking for a way to increase your business thru referrals, this book is a MUST READ. Dr. Misner takes you step by step thru the " word of mouth" marketing process. If you follow his steps to building your business with referrals, your business will be sure to grow. Dr. Misner has taken word of mouth marketing to the next level.

If you want more Referrals in your business this is the Book 16 Jan 1999

I found this book very easy to read with really usable information. Lots of books give you information but do not tell you step by step ways to implement this information. The tips at the end of the chapters are great.Wish I had learned this in college. I would highly recommend this book to the person who wants more referrals in their business.
