5.0 out of 5 stars playing with your ears! 6 Nov 2007
Format:Audio CD
Bluestones music should please may a enigmatic fan, from it's soaring operatic vocals to it's rich and complex electronic sweep.
All lyric's are sung in english and will have you singing along in no time.i found out about this album when looking for something enigma like .
And would class it somewhere between delerium and enigma, there always about three layers of music going on at any one time yet all in harmony but never limp or bland.
Think early enigma's work of punchy backbeat yet spacey all at the same time with sultry female voices.
Inviteing you to play and transend across the stars with them. through other worlds and mysterious places of imagination unfelt scince engima started it all ,so many years ago.
Stimulate your mind and set it free once more, well worth 7-8 huhh.

There are some tracks that are instrumental about 2 i think, but at 75 mins long i dont mind and it only add's to the soundscape and atmosphere.
Which is of surprising depth and quality for the long running time almost nothing feels looped or just filled in just for the sake of it.
And if it is there it's because it's all part of the journey there taking you on.
And the lyrics are also well writen and thought out Songs all have a rounded and complete feel with a strong vision.

"Time running like sand, right through your hand ,
i've been to places never seen, but never crossed your mind till now.
And i've seen the shadow's on the ground, i catch your secrects lost but never found.
You can always feel your way, close your eyes and drift away .
i will show you all though dreams ,grab your weary harts and follow me-ee"
(echos)

is just a small sample of the etheral sonic bliss that awaits you on this
album .And if you enjoy this get there remix album is avalible and
Is also well worth checking out.
miss them and miss out so dont let it pass you by,thank you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb 26 Aug 2009
Format:Audio CD
I really love this album - there are lots of very unique and atmospheric tracks and I find it easy to listen to the whole album without continually flicking onto the next track. Sounds great with a good pair of headphones as the production is excellent. Definitely worth the money and I still love it after many months.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice eletronic music 26 April 2011
By W.L.
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
This album is very pleasant, back ground music. Quite 'pop'-ish. I enjoy it, but it does feel a little soulless if over listened to...

5.0 out of 5 stars Could This Be Better Than Breathe? 7 Feb 2007
By Mike Smith - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
I liked their previous album Breathe so much, and gave it five stars, but Worlds Apart is just as good. There is so much flow and depth to this album, it's really a joy to listen to. Also, there is a mystical flavor that permeates the recording. Very otherworldly stuff to take you on a pleasant journey. The three female vocalists (Maura Hurley, Sheyenne Rivers, and Samantha Sandlin) have beautiful voices, perfect for this type of music. Try listening with quality headphones, it's really something! You hear all of the nuances and entrancing sounds better that way. It is an excellent recording, and great headphones or a good stereo can bring out the best in this work. Note: Track 6, "Worlds Apart" contains a left speaker/right speaker dynamic that is just incredible to hear with good headphones. I was blown away. But that is not the only standout track; the whole album contains some really exquisite material. If you like Blue Stone, you may also be interested in Amethystium, Mythos, Sleepthief, Balligomingo, and Delerium. They are all fabulous artists.

Blue stone opened up a new interest in the genre of preferred music. It's serene, calm, soothing, has a sort of Enigma effect. Helps me relax after long days of work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well done 9 Mar 2007
By ALR - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
This album is a club DJ's dream. With chilling vocals and insanely catchy beats, this is sure to be a dance club favorite after the songs find their way into a remix DJs hands. The songs how are they are now don't disappoint, though. This album is perfect for a great set of headphones and a comfy couch.

5.0 out of 5 stars Blue Stone 27 Feb 2007
By Kayla Bishop - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
This band has been around but has ot received the recognition it deserves. Blue Stone is music that is great for a dance studio (in particular lyrical dance) or just to listen to in your house. It is calming but does not put you to sleep. It is hard to categorize Blue Stone, so I suggest just listen to it!
