5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant texan muffins 18 Feb 2014

I love these pans -they are better than my originals! I use them for making Yorkshire puddings, individual pies and of course Texan muffins. They are great value for money and wash up a treat! I would buy another set if I needed to and strongly recommend these!

2.0 out of 5 stars Squashed muffin papers 28 Nov 2010

These pans are decent weight and bake fine but they are deeper than other standard mini muffin pans. Because of this the bottoms are narrower and standard mini muffin papers don't go all the way in to rest on the bottoms. This causes the cakes to come out kind of squashed looking with not quite flat bottoms. If you don't use paper liners, I suppose these pans will work fine for you. If you do, I recommend trying the "Wilton Recipe Right 24 Cup Mini Muffin Pan" for just about a dollar more, it has the same diameter at the top of the cups but is not quite as deep.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love this mini muffin pan 24 Feb 2006
    By Christina T - Published on Amazon.com
At first I bought a 12-cup nonstick mini muffin pan at Bed Bath and Beyond but I soon realized that 12 is not enough when it comes to mini muffins since any normal size recipe easy makes 3 times that many. So I bought this 24-cup pan and I really like it. The nonstick is great; the muffin pop out of the tin easily when they're done and clean up is easy too. Really, I paid almost the same for the smaller pan, but this one is much better. My husband likes to bake and says he can tell the difference too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Giant cupcakes are more fun! 13 July 2006
By squiggle - Published on Amazon.com
I really like these. Nonstick, so they wash up easily. I haven't found papers for these yet so I just use a little oil and they come out clean. If you use a recipe for 24 muffins or cupcakes, it will make about 12 of these giant ones (just bake a little longer). These are about 1/3 of the price I've seen in kitchen stores, and they are of good quality.

    2.0 out of 5 stars Here's the secret - 13 Sep 2006
By Happydog - Published on Amazon.com
They RUST like a son of a gun! If you have the misfortune to purchase this pan you will need to hand wash and dry it to slow down the rust process. Mine began to show rust after the very first use. After 3 uses it had rust in several of the cups and was too nasty to use. I'm back on amazon to buy some decent Chicago Metallic pans. I'm done buying these disposable cheapies.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Big Size you need 2 April 2007

These muffin pans are excellent. Be sure to buy two at once or you will have to reorder like I did.

They are perfect for nice-sized muffins (and cupcakes).

Plus, the real reason I bought mine was for making homemade rolls. Even if you just use frozen bread dough, you will get nice big fluffy rolls because the muffin tins are large enough to allow better rising than ordinary muffin tins.
