Leading directly on from where The Balance of Four (Dragon Speaker) leads off, At The Edge of the World picks up a more mature, reflective stance on the world and its characters. Not to say that the action has been lost - far from it, often more intensely written than in the first book.

At The Edge of the World is an exciting, intelligent and wonderfully descriptive book.
