I really like the way this book tackled small business start-up. It is imformative but not patronising. There are lots of handy hints like, jargon busters and top tips. It seems to cover all the key areas and has definately been educational for me. Not the best presentation of all the books on this subject but easy enough to read. Would definately recommend.

I was looking for concise facts and found the motivational stuff a waste of space (but may suit some folks). I also suspect that as it was published 2007 makes the factual parts out of date - So overall dissapointing

Having read several books on this subject I consider this one of the best. It takes you by the hand and leads you through the difficulties of starting your own business. The layout is logical, easy to understand and, coming from 'Which', the advice is unbiased and trustworthy. My son also bought a copy of this book and found it most helpful.
