Ruth has written a very useful book that will answer allot of questions you may have had about the subject. At the end of each chapter you are given an exercise usually a visualization. Ruth will not expect you to close your eyes and meet your guide first time like many books. She will gently build up your meditation and visual skills safely one step at a time. Not heavy or to flaky, this is a good book for anyone even if you have met your guides previously.
