Excellent book, especially if you're working with young people as I am. Many thanks.

a practical book 12 Nov 2010
By Yogendra Paneru - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
It is a very nice and practical book, particularly who are working in NGO is very good to use. It covers conflict theory and practices both. It covers more about conflict resolution than the conflict theory. It is guided mainly from the RTO (Responding to Conflict) experiences. I would consider this book useful to the NGO and other peacebuilding workers. However, it seems less academic because it has not used much citation and the arguments are based on RTC experiences. It seems much training book than academic but the arguments are much grounded.
