I'm back in school, and it's more stressful than I remember when I was younger. It's a ton of work, with little time for myself, so I've been doing some research on how to remain stress free, because quite frankly, the stress is taking a toll on my body. The book is great because it provides you with a simple and easy to follow routine that can literally change your life in 21 days. I know sometimes we have to remember to breath, to drink lots of water, to exercise, to sleep properly, to be grateful... it's just that sometimes we get busy and it's hard to remember to take care of yourself first and foremost. This book is a great reminder that happiness is a choice, and we just have to make that choice. Great.

Not only am I impressed by the pure substance of the advice and information, but I also am happy to find that a conversational, smooth writing tone is used to express everything in this book in a way that prevents the material from becoming boring or feeling like a chore to read.
