I love this book, and recommend it to my students studying organizational Psychology. The cover could have been more appealing, very dull, but once inside the cover it becomes a bit more easy on the eye.
This was one of the required books for my Undergraduate course for Business, and fitted perfectly my needs as a 1st year.

The second edition of Work & Organizational Behaviour by Bratton makes learning easy for all students in college/university and even grad students. With its clear and concise definitions on each page and chapter summary makes it easy to study. Especially when I am in a hurry and falling behind on my studies.
