DORIS RUTH EIKHOF is Lecturer in Organization Studies at the Department of Management and Organization, University of Stirling, UK, and Research Associate at the Wirtschaftsuniversitat Wien, Austria. AXEL HAUNSCHILD is Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the School of Management, Royal Holloway, University of London, UK. He is also Guest Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
