I bought this book for my baby at eight months and it's now one of his favourites. We've been looking at books together from an early age, but at nine months he now looks through this book by himself, touching the different textures. He especially likes bunny's tail! Always goes to this page first!

All the above is true - I just wish to add that my son already loved it and followed the story at 3 months (!) and this book is still one of the favourites of my 4-yr-old daughter. (They especially love the thistles.)
Yes, these Usborne books are great, but still, Woolly is the best. We also have "Where's my truck?" and that one is not even half as liked as this one.

I bought this book when my baby was 5 months old and he enjoyed the textures throughout the book immediately. It is one of his favourites still at 10 months and he will look and feel through the pages without me to help him for long periods of time. Highly recommended as a starter book for babies, they are never too young to be introduced to books.
