5.0 out of 5 stars English Association Prizewinner, 19 Jul 2004
Winner of the Key Stage 1 Non-Fiction Award in the English Association's 'English 4-11' Best Books Awards for 2004. This is a most original information picturebook, attractive because the rhythmic verse keeps up the pace that makes it an energetic read. The pictures are impressive - full of life and colour and help carry the story.
