We love this as a finished product and our two girls have already spent a whole afternoon bouncing on it. It is sturdy and safe and gives them ample room to bounce.
However, the trampoline arrived with no instructions on how to assemble it, but just contained the instructions for the safety net. We were also confused as to whether there were any missing parts as the picture of it, shows four legs but ours only had three. I rang the company and was told that I needed to email the returns service in order to get the instructions. I did so and received a prompt reply informing us there were only meant to be three legs and sending us the instructions as a pdf. My husband and father in law began setting it up and found that the pieces shown in the instructions were not the pieces we had. Pretty confusing.
Parts of the assembly process were straighforward, but when it came to completing the circle which is the silver frame, it took four of us to push it together so it would join. When attaching the bouncing mat to the frame, the instruction say to attach the springs to the frame and then pull them on to the mat, whereas we found that attaching them to the mat, then pulling them to attach to the frame was easier.
So, we are really pleased with the finished product, but the discrepancies between the instructions and what we received, and the initial lack of instructions, did not make the assembly very easy.
