One of the famous 'WOODFORD' brand (Established in 1860), this pocket watch has a Skeleton movement in a traditional, twin lidded, full hunter case. The movement shows both through the dial and from the back of the watch. The watch is supplied with a chain that enables the wearer to either have it attached via a 'T' bar to his waistcoat, or else with a with a 'clip' to his belt, so that he can carry it in his trouser pocket. The pewter disk, fitted to the front, shows a design by Archibald Knox, which has three glass stones. The dial has Roman style numerals.

I have had to return one watch and the replacement is not much better.
If fully wound it stops and has to be carried round to keep it running, not very pleased with this product.

This watch was brought as a present. It is well made and an absolute bargain for a mecanical watch. The intended recipient hasn't recieved it yet, but we are sure that they will be pleased to recieve it.
