Ignore the baloney in the advertising about this being a perfect gift for a girl. Boys live in houses too, as it goes! Little boys love to play with dolls' houses every bit as much as girls do and I hit the nail on the hea for my lttle grandson when I bought this for his 2nd birthday. He loves it. :)
