An inspiring book. Neatly organised with just enough, accurate information for the novice and the expert.
As an American book there are a few small conversions needed, but as we're not talking of a lot of cake baking you can generally get away with a bit of guestimating where necessary. Some names and ingredients are also quite American, but shouldn't be a problem at all. The recipes are all fantastic, achievable and something you would actually want to eat. The photographs are a good compliment to the text.
The book is also nicely bound and printed as you expect with American books - even when printed in China (why is that?).
