sizes are quite generous, even with thick socks and the fleecy lining I found the 5 huge and i'm a 4 and a half. I got the 4 and they are perfectly snug fit. Really cozy and comfy can't wait to try them out in the snow :-)

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC BOOTS! Super speedy dispatch. Buy one size smaller, I got this tip from other reviews. Very comfortable. Can't wait for the snow and ice to come :)

To get to her work my Mrs has quite a fair distance to walk and after last winter wanted to be as well prepared as she possibly could for this year and has stocked up long before the first winter chills with a new jacket, hats, gloves, scarves, snow boots and these red winter boots.
Delivery was speedy and the good lady was impressed with the sturdy feel of the boots when they arrived. Having now worn them over the past month/six weeks my Mrs is very satisfied with her purchase.
She believes them to be warm and comfortable, but happily not overly heavy to wear, and the manufacturers have been true to their word in that they've remained watertight when worn thus far.
My wife hasn't tried them in the snow but tested them on a day where we had a keen frost and felt as if she could have slipped once or twice. Her experience is that they've been great in the cold, rain and wind. Frost less so, so be slightly wary if you are looking at the winter boots description and hoping they will see you through all the conditions winter can throw at you.
Overall though the Mrs would thoroughly recommend these boots.
