I was really excited when I saw these boots for sale as they were exactly what I was looking for and at such a good price I thought I could not loose. On the second occasion I chose to wear them the metal pulling part of zip broke off! I checked to see if I could contact the seller and to my amazement, I could not. I took the boots to a repair shop and they said it would cost £16 to fix as they would have to send it away to be done. What a frustration, I might as well have flushed the money down the toilet.
