These boots are exactly what you want them to be, I've been wearing mine quite a while now and the heels have not collapsed. Don't spend a ridiculous amount of money on Uggs when you can get these, just as good. I would advise you get the next size down as the padding inside will become flattened down. Excellent product.

This is my second pair of snugg boots - I loved the black so much that i bought them in another colour. Very comfortable, toasty warm and both pairs arrived on time, well packaged and with a returns label - unlikely you would want to return them. I am extremely happy with my boots!

I am delighted with these boots. I spent a lot of time trying to decide which boots to buy and after reading the previous reviews I decided on these.
Definately best to order a size smaller I did and they fit great.
