I bought these boots after searching for 'snow boots' on Amazon. These boots are not snow boots and should not have snow boots in the title. I wore them today for the first time in the snow (and added extra waterproof protection) within minutes i felt like i was walking in a spongy puddle. These are the worst boots I have ever owned and I have learnt my lesson the hard way for buying 'snow boots' on the internet. The boots themselves are nice, and i am sure very warm (if wearing them without rain or snow) however I am very unhappy with the product and wont be wearing them again! A waste of money!

I ordered the boots through amazon, everything went well. there was a leaflet inside the package giving 15% off when ordering through their website. i did order 2 more pairs of boots from them direct. only one pair delivered. i emailed them and the 2nd pair was delivered 1 week later.
Then, i need to return one pair for the next size up. on its website, it says confirmation will be given and it may take 2 weeks. now it's been more that 3 weeks and have confirmed with royal mail about the return. i therefore emailed them again. no reply for days. 2nd email sent, replied days after but totally ignored my enquiry. it simply said 'customers are welcomed to return the products'. 3rd email has now been sent for days and still no reply.
i then searched on the internet and found out some other shoppers have the same experience with this company and are still waiting for delivery weeks after complaining to them.
My advice is: no matter how good it sounds, how cheap or comfy the shoes are, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. You will risk losing your money.
update: i've been visiting the shop's facebook. yesterday, there were quite a few people, all with the same experience as mine, leaving message and queries regarding their undelivered orders / replacement after weeks long waiting. some said they couldn't get through to their email/phone. today, i visited its facebook again. not to my surprise, all the negative messages have been removed.

I absolutely love these boots, they were exactly what I wanted. I was also surprised they fitted comfortably around my calves- I have quite big calves! They are also great for walking in the snow/ cold weather because they keep your feet and legs nice and warm.
