You must buy this book!!!!!! It has opened up a whole new way of lookingat how to Ski. I have skied for number of year now, and did'nt feel to begetting any better and my confidence was disappearing, I was ready to giveup. I read the book, and went sking to Italy for one week. What a week,it was like a whole new world had been opened up. Basically the book isabout the ski industry and how it has always been geared to how men ski. Women ski differently!!!!!! This book will make a difference to yourskiing!!!!!

I saw myself on every page...Claudia has addressed every problem I've ever had in skiing and gave me answers, confidence, and a whole new attitude about ski buying. I actually improved my skiing, knowing more about my body and how it works. I recommend it for any female skier, beginner or advanced, and men should read it too, to understand how women relate to skiing.
