A must for any professional woman,

I found this book hard to put down. Really easy to read -chapters and paragraphs well laid out. Many laughs along the way when Sue describes male dominated workroom situations that I have faced myself! Illustrates a different type of woman finally being able to break the glass boardroom ceiling, a "real woman" using common female traits to her advantage, not a woman trying to act like a man that we have viewed over the 80's and 90's. Lots of references and tips from successful business women of today.

This is the best read of the year.This woman knows what she's talking about. Very interesting to read her observation's on woman leading around the world & top comments from woman leaders. Loved it
