Book Description

2 April 1998
Best friends Jo Ryan and Aisling Moran have it all.

As a fashion journalist with an Irish glossy magazine, Jo has a great career, independence and a drop-dead gorgeous boyfriend. Aisling is deliriously happy with her brilliant editor husband, two beautiful ten-year-old sons and a home she’s rag-rolled and stencilled to within an inch of its life.

But all that’s about to change. One Friday morning, Aisling finds a receipt for expensive lingerie in her husband’s suit pocket and Jo finds a blue line on her blue-for-positive pregnancy testing kit...

By Friday night, it’s all over – or has it only just begun?

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Brilliant. You have to read this book. 27 July 2000
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
My friend had told me about how much she had enjoyed Woman to Woman so I just went along and bought it. After the first few pages I found out my friend was right. This is a kind of book you could stay up and read until three in the morning. You just simply have to read this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Really enjoyable read 2 Feb 2000
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I found this book very hard to put down, and became absorbed in the lives of Jo and Aisling. Jo and Aisling were likeable and believable characters, and both the storylines were interesting. Even if the plot is predictable, it is an enjoyable, relaxing read, light but not trashy. I will definitely be looking for other books by Cathy Kelly.

4.0 out of 5 stars A superior book for its genre 30 Sep 2003
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I'm not overlly fond of 'warm, witty' reads about middle aged women who get dumped by their husbands-so-they-lose-10 stone-dye their hair-and kick their-loser husbands to the curb for a hot man five years their junior, which Cathy Kelly specializes in, but "Woman to Woman" was better than your average "WW" (as I call them) and I applaud her characters, who seemed so real and more interesting than most, and a juicy (if guilty) storyline which kept me thoroughly entertained. I recommend 'someone like you' and 'she's the one' but the rest of her novels are much too similar.
