Simple to use, works a treat - I had some GU10s seemingly welded into their fittings, this tool removed them quickly and easily.
The package has pictures on how to use (someone indicated there are no instructions) which if you miss them could mean you don't understand how to get suction - the tool has a head which angles to 90 degrees; when angled there is no suction, put the sucker on the bulb at 90 deg then straighten the tool, suction acheived then twist to remove.

This does exactly what it says on the box and in seconds. Saved me having to replace an expensive light fitting after a bulb was stuck fast. Very fast delivery too.

I found that this tool worked on some halogen bulbs but not others. I live in a newly built flat, and as a result, all of the lights are halogen. The tool is essentially a suction device that grasps the surface of the bulb. For some lights, it worked fine, making it very easy to replace. For others, the suction would not form. And for a few, the surface of the bulb just popped off. Given the relatively low price, it's probably worth having, but I'm online now looking for another one.

It does what it says on the tin - it works fine and allows the removal of the halogen lights which are almost imposible to remove without it. It was delivered promptly.
