Teaches you alot of the techniques needed to move around the guitar fretboard with more confidence. The main jist of the book is about using power chords which I knew nothing about before I got the book and now I use them all the time.
This book is not advised for the more advanced guitarist but for an intermidiate like me it really tightens up your playing and makes playing more enjoyable.
