The 30cm, 5 bladed cylinder is made of carbon steel for improved cutting quality and a longer life. Long lasting gears drive the cylinder round for that perfect cut, and your preferred grass height can be easily achieved, thanks to an easy height of cut adjustment of between 19mm and 35mm.
Achieving that classic stripped lawn is possible with your Wolf Garten WPCM Push Mower thanks to a full width rear roller. An upswept handle with a soft, ergonomic grip makes it easy to manoeuvre in and around your garden area, and once the job is completed, the handles fold for easy storage.
Your Wolf Garten WPCM Push Mower also comes with a 20 litre grass collection bag, so you won’t be making too many trips to your compost bin. Not having the restrictions of a mains cable means you have more freedom to move in and around your garden area, and of course there isn’t the noise of an electric motor or petrol engine spoiling your gardening experience.

Bought this on the basis that the lawn would improve using a cylinder mower rather than a hover and with the size of lawn we now have left after intensive shrub planting it seemed overkill to get a powered version.The mower itself is absolutely fantastic - ready to go straight out of the box after assembly of the handle unit. It is very easy to push, even on a slightly uneven lawn, and cuts the grass into very fine pieces which fire out of the back of the cylinder. I would thoroughly recommend it for quality of cut and at the same time getting a gentle work-out! The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because the grass-box lets it down - it's flimsy and has a tendency to 'flip up' and empty itself if you change direction sharply or pull the mower back towards you too fast. Rather than faff about with it, I am considering either leaving the (very fine) cuttings on the lawn or using a rake after each cut.

A hand mower that's as easy to use as a petrol mower. Perhaps easier as it is so much lighter and so compact.It copes with long grass after a holiday; you don't have to keep pushing and pulling like other hand mowers I've had and it leaves a really nice cut. It's quicker than a petrol mower because it doesn't require priming or 15 minutes to start up each time it's been in the shed; there's no cable to mow over; the children can use it safely and it collects the grass, unlike my previous hand mower, which means the grass stays in the compost heap and doesn't get trodden all over the house... Unless you have an enormous lawn, I'd choose this over a petrol or electric mower every time. I was going to say it's cheaper than a gym membership, but that makes it sound hard work to use, and it's really not.
