This collection is very very good value for money. It provides more Jeeves stories than most compendiums and, as separate books, is in a more convenient format. Most of the books are the first sequence of Jeeves books written. They are nicely bound. As to the stories themselves, Wodehouse is one of the funniest writers ever. I read many Jeeves stories years ago. They are even funnier a second time around. This is real treat.

Like a literary comfort blanket that can make you smile whenever you dip into these books. As well as starring two of the greatest comedy literary creations of all time in Jeeves and Wooster, the main star is the ability of Wodehouse to write. It is Wodehouse's brilliant turns of phrase and descriptions that mainly provide the many laugh- out- loud moments. I loved the TV adaptation starring Fry and Laurie too because the writers were aware enough to keep much of Wodehouse's language intact - so it truly was a literary adaptation. But the beauty of these books is that you really feel the joy of reading -rather than just following a story-or consuming a product. And of course you can read them time and again, which is why this boxset is a worthwhile investment.

With so much bad news in the media.This is a great escape. So beautifully written. I found that I was luaghing out loud on the train.

PG Wodehouse Collection
A really nice, gentle read for any age. Clever, witty and funny the Wodehouse style has each story bowling along at a fine pace. Great fun.
