The sole responsibility of the special task force is to find missing persons by applying advanced psychological profiling techniques. The team reconstructs a "Day of Disappearance" timeline that details every minute of the 24 hours prior to the disappearance, following one simple rule: learn who the victim is in order to learn where the victim is.

I watched the whole of this series on TV when it was on last year, and I gotta say, it's still one of the best things on TV at the moment, probably ever. I highly recommend you buy the first season of this first, but you watch this without having seen season 1, and you'll know exactly what's going on. An amazing TV show.

If you likled the first season, this will not disappoint. Very good storylines as in the the first season, but this time we get more of an insight to the main character's lives.Cannot wait for season 3 to come out - Without A Trace has definitely pleased me!

Intgelligent, great balance of action, thought and occasional subtle humor. Extremely good acting from everyone involved - it is indeed a rare sigth when the central figure is surrounded by equally interesting and memorable support staff. Though I suspect acting with/against LaPaglia can not be that easy - the man is an amazing actor.
I am right now at the 4th season and the quality does not drop at all - the plotlines are logicall and well thought through, the acting is fabulous. And - generally speaking - it is SO pleasant and refreshing to see intelligence, wit and human integrity playing the central part in TV series... I hope those run for years more. PS Just confirms my old oppinion that anything with Jerry Bruckheimer's name in it can usually be labeled "quality".
