I couldn't make the conference so was thrilled when the speakers were published in this format.
As a physical therapist and metabolic typing advisor, I'm well aware of the difficulties in getting people to accept the concepts and facts discussed in these well researched talks. Hearing this information delivered so coherently by experts means people can now hear for themselves the truth about nutrition/the food manufacturing organisations/our health care systems etc and their compound effects upon our health.
If you've never scratched the surface of how the body and its processes work, some of the information may seem a little daunting at first, but stick with the message and replay where necessary, because understanding will come, I have no doubt.
