I simply followed the instructions in the box, and this tiny little device is now providing me with the wireless connection to write this review. It also allows me to play online games with no trouble.
It works with both operating systems on my computer (XP and Win 7) and achieves the better signal strength as my previous Netgear wireless card.
The device is a smaal neat design and when plugged in and I've had no problems with it or the software, which btw isn't needed after the device is installed. It still connects when the software isn't running.
I would recommend to anyone needing a new wireless receiver :)

My built in wifi on my 5 year old laptop stopped working. I couldn't figure out the problem so installed this dongle. Cheap, arrived quickly and was working within 2-3 minutes with my BTHomeHub.

This is not a Laptone product. The User Profile is "Laptone" - this is to mislead you. The connection is poor. Do not buy.
