I first got this keyboard and it had dents on the back. So I contacted the customer service of this seller and I got a replacement very soon.

The keyboard itself, as far as keyboards for tablets go, is probably the best for galaxy tab 10.1. Not because this keyboard is so amazing, but because at the moment there are only about 3 choices of keyboard for gt 10.1 - samsung's own keyboard dock, aluminum keyboard case (this) and black leather case silicone keyboard.

Let's rule out samsung's keyboard because it is a dock, not a case.
Out of the 2 keyboard cases, this is certainly the better one. Although it does have some bad points (being hard to type on is one) the other keyboard case, the black leather one, has silicone keys which are just ridiculously bad - read my review on one of them for details. At least this keyboard doesn't insert 3-5 characters on one keypress. The keys feel great, rather like the Mac keyboard actually.

Here are some bad points:
- The keys are quite close together, so it is quite hard to type. But considering it is a keyboard for a tablet, it's not bad. If you want proper keyboard experience, get a bluetooth keyboard instead, and try carrying that around.
- There is no internation keyboard key to change language. For most, this won't be a problem but I sometimes need to type in a language that is not latin-based, and in such cases I need to press the change language key on the virtual keyboard.
- The case fits the galaxy tab 10.1 very loosely - the clips seem to be placed slightly larger than the actual tab, so if this case was put on the tab, the tab would fall off rather easily.

But, if you read my review on the leather case keyboard, you'll know this keyboard is miles better than it.
If you don't want to get a proper keyboard to be able to easily carry it around, definitely get this keyboard case.

Loved the keyboard! It looks like it is made for the tab 2. I have a cheap keyboard for another smaller tablet and when this one arrived I was pleasantly surprised, its lovely. It connected in moments and I found it very responsive. The spacebar and the delete didn't respond but I will deffinately have another one.

UPDATE, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FROM THE SELLER. I GAVE 4 STARS AND AM RECEIVING EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS FROM THEM ASKING ME REMOVE MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I GAVE AN HONEST REVIEW FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT FULLY WORK. I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE EMAILED CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD THEY WERE TO LOSE THEIR JOBS BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW. AVOID THIS SELLER, REPORTED TO AMAZON.

I really love the idea of combining the case and the keyboard. Also, it's really easy to set up, it just works and it looks so nice with the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet!
A thing I find annoying though is that the keys can be really unresponsive and that the feedback is that awful. Also, you have to learn to use these small keyboards (goes for all of them, though).
Just a note: It's possible to get apps, that transforms the keyboard into a Scandinavian one, without doing any keymapping or doing anything to harm your tablet. My guess is that it exists in other languages too, so don't be scared of buying English keyboards.

Works as stated. The keyboard is a little cramped compared a full sized one, but you get used to it after a while.

It definitely beats using the on-screen keyboard for writing emails and long documents. Another great feature is it doubles as a stand and case, which makes it convenient for traveling e.g. on the plane, at the airport etc.

I'd definitely recommend buying this great little keyboard and case if you've got a Galaxy Tab 2 10.2.

Looks good, easy to set up, easy to use. Converts into storage case for tablet, makes user experience much friendlier & hands free as it supports tablet in use.

Possibly one of the best purchases I have ever made!!! I use this all the time (I am using it to type this review), so easy to link up to a bluetooth ready device and so easy to use!

For the price I paid for this keyboard I really shouldn't be writing a review that's semi-negative (there are some plus points!) but I can't help but warn folks about the build quality on this item - it's not the best.

If you have ever used sites like "alibaba.com/aliexpress.com" then you'll know the type of build quality I'm talking about - if you haven't then it's worth keeping in mind that it's a bit rough around the edges; the power switch/connect key will need a bit of concentration when operating as they sit too far back in the aluminium case and when clipping the keyboard to your device take extra care as it's a very snug fit (I actually keep this keyboard unclipped and in a separate compartment in my travel bag) - you don't want to put scratch marks on your new Samsung Tab I'm sure.

My negativity aside, this item is listed at a great price (I'd go as far as saying it's a bit of a bargain!), the keyboard is responsive & easy to type on and looks the part when the Tab is docked (as in the item picture).

I bought this keyboard a few months ago and looks great and worked well. The keys were quite sticky but for the price I could live with that. Unfortunately after 6 months quite a number of the keys stopped working. I don't use it that much so is hardly worn out. I contacted the company to ask for a repair or replacement but after a month of waiting for a response from them I have given up up and binned it. I guess you get what you pay for.
