Good for elderly 23 Aug 2011
This is the second one of these kettles I have purchased for my 86 year old mother. The first one lasted about six months and then stopped heating the water. However, as she cannot lift anything heavy, she found this kettle so light and easy to use that it was worth getting her another even if they only last six months at a time.

This item was bought for my Father-in-Law who lives on his own. He only wanted a small kettle and this suited him perfectly.

Small Kettle 18 Mar 2012
Useful size for everday use. But takes a long time to boil. Not easy to reseat on the base after use. (Base rather light so skids on surface). On/off switch rather stiff.
