Much better than the one we had to replace after only a years service. This one has an automaitic temp control that reduces the consumption after a suitable temp has been reached. Also, very quiet operation.

Bought for my Aunt. It was easy to install and to operate. She loves it for it's simplicity and effectivness, she now stays nice and warm in the bathroom when taking a shower.

Bought this to top up the heat in the bathroom on cold mornings. Delighted with the unit it provides all the extra heat needed to make the bathroom comfortable. It's easy to install and sitting high on the wall is completely safe in a damp environment. Highly recommended.

Fitted this unit six months ago. Easy to install and works OK though fan directs some heat to the left on to our bathroom cabinet which is a problem.
The worst thing about this heater is access for cleaning. It is very difficult to remove from the wall, as it is almost impossible to see the holding clips, which have to be manipulated with a screwdriver to release the heater body.
All fan heaters accumulate dust and fluff inside and require occasional cleaning. This heater has to be removed from the wall (see previous comment) and in order to clean inside the heater you have to remove 4 screws to separate the cover from the body. The first 3 Philips screws come out easily but then the PROBLEM! The 4th screw is a special design that cannot be removed with a conventional screwdriver, so...So you cannot get access to the internals so... no cleaning possible, so.... With a build up of dust and fluff there must eventually be a danger of a fire (a real one with flames)
This is obviously designed to prevent consumers getting inside the heater, but in my opinion not a good design.
When I replace this unit it will not be another of this design!

Was installed in December 2012. Worked well and really made a big difference to a cold bathroom with a flat roof. BUT, warranty is only for 1 year, and it broke after 18 months. The fan simply stopped working, and yet the heater has not switched itself off or cut out, so it still works. This made a fire hazard, it just keeps cooking and didn't trip or have any safety mechanism to turn it off. So, only 2 stars for breaking after 1 1/2 years (remember, there's the cost of an electrician to fit it and then take it out again as well as the purchase cost!) and also 2 stars for lack of a safety feature to cut it out if the fan fails! The warranty is only for 12 months, so bear this in mind too.

The bathroom heater is installed and functioning perfectly, however the last two weeks.it hasn't been used owing to the hot weather conditions. It seems more robust than previous heaters which didn't seem to last long at all. So I am hoping this will out perform all other heaters.A good speedy service was received from the sellers.

This small but powerful unit is a little gem, easy to fit and very effective with its 2kw rating and instant heat as and when required. Bought for a conservatory area and does the job perfectly. Only gripe is that it would massively benefit from a thermostatic setting, enabling short bursts of on time that would auto shutdown once warmed to temperature. It does have safety cut out if the unit over heats. ithd unit is not too noisy and it's 2 kw output is effective but if left on by accident - would be pretty expensive, actually it would be like leaving a couple of kettles on the boil!! A good looking unit that certainly delivers, just remember that you switched it on! ;)
