Fitted this unit six months ago. Easy to install and works OK though fan directs some heat to the left on to our bathroom cabinet which is a problem.
The worst thing about this heater is access for cleaning. It is very difficult to remove from the wall, as it is almost impossible to see the holding clips, which have to be manipulated with a screwdriver to release the heater body.
All fan heaters accumulate dust and fluff inside and require occasional cleaning. This heater has to be removed from the wall (see previous comment) and in order to clean inside the heater you have to remove 4 screws to separate the cover from the body. The first 3 Philips screws come out easily but then the PROBLEM! The 4th screw is a special design that cannot be removed with a conventional screwdriver, so...So you cannot get access to the internals so... no cleaning possible, so.... With a build up of dust and fluff there must eventually be a danger of a fire (a real one with flames)
This is obviously designed to prevent consumers getting inside the heater, but in my opinion not a good design.
When I replace this unit it will not be another of this design!
