5.0 out of 5 stars Atmospheric and great characterisation, 15 Jun 2006
This review is from: Winter Solstice: A Novel (Paperback)
Great atmosphere created here. I've been to Newgrange once and loved the author's description of this ancient sacred place in the middle of Ireland. The characters are very real - flesh, blood, guts and soul. A fascinating journey through pain and loss and out the other side into golden sunlight. A very classy novel.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful story of love, loss and healing, 15 Jun 2006
By Katie - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Winter Solstice: A Novel (Paperback)
What a wonderful novel, combining love and romance, celtic spirituality, relationship breakup, healing and new beginnings. And all to the backdrop of the spectacular ancient site of Newgrange in Ireland. I loved the way that emotions were described with such depth and exquisite understanding. A beautiful story of love, loss and healing that is ultimately uplifting and deeply transformative.
