This looks promising and my computer says everything is working. But there is no user manual to go with the product and I can't work out how to record and playback the audio files.

This product comes without software, manual or instructions.
The device is actually USB plug'n'play, i.e. it installs it's own USB audio driver on Windows 7, but it is useless without application software.
I googled around and found this here:

The next problem is that the device doesn't work with a standard BT to RJ11 cable, as the pinout is different - no dialling tone - I then spotted the device only uses the two centre pins, so I had to make a custom cable diverting the 50v BT signal wires. Once all this was done you connect everything up, install and launch the software then goto settings and auto-train the device to your line voltage.
All without any documentation.. Phew!
However it does now work, if you can put up with the 'engrish' software.
Really though, I expect a seller to check things like this.

doesent work at all, ask for help and you will get directed to a web site that doesent help either, dont bother
