Many of Wing Chun videos are very difficult to locate. I couldn't find this particular one in the U.S. I was very skeptical about ordering from the UK but ultimately decided to purchase 3 videos from here. The best Wing Chun DVDs on the market. Michael Wong's system is unique. So, no matter what you think you know, start with Sil Lim Tao and work your way through the 4 DVD series (Sil Lim Tao/Chum Kiu/Wooden Dummy/Biu Jee). This is not traditional Wing Chun, it's practical Wing Chun.
