This is a very good book and Mr Staneks writing style is easy to follow. For beginners to powershell this is for you. But be aware it mainly focuses on powershell 2 and how it applies to client machines not much on ad or exchange

PowerShell is a really important topic to know, particularly if you work with system administration in a Windows environment.
This book is a smaller book, but still contains much of the information that you need have access to in order to be effective; and because it is a slim volume, it's a lot easier to carry around with you!
Suitable for most people from basic server operators to the more experienced senior admins, this is a great resource to own or have available.
