This is the Oxford dictionary of the internal systems within Windows.

It's simply impossible to get better. The sysinternals tools are written by the author, so they know their stuff.
The book is very technical - well beyond MCSE level.
It deals with the processes and the structures rather than the mere command. What this gives you is in depth information on why and how the command functions. What other data the struct can supply, or how it could be used to hack a system. The 5th edition was the last book that was in one book - this has more data, but they had to make it into two books.

If you're studying at Masters level, basically this is your bible, sleep with it under your pillow.
