By Mr. C. W. Smith VINE™ VOICE
Format:Audio CD
Caught live in Willisau Switzerland on 27th Jan 1973 Chris McGregor's mighty Brotherhood Of Breath storm through a firey set of BOB originals.

Although the band is missing Surman, Osborne & Skidmore it includeds the mercurial Evan Parker & under-ratted Gary Windo on reeds with Nick Evans & the wondereful Radu Malfatti on trombones.

The band is magnificent through out the 11 numbers played but special mention has to go to the liquid grace of the late Mongezi Feza whose solo's crackle with a all too rare fire on the standout tracks 'Tunji's Song' & the ballad 'Davashe's Dream'.

Overall an excellent document of a band who were never short of ideas.
