excellent item that really does as it claims, I have one at my front and back doors, on wet days I used to have to get my mop and bucket to clean the floors, especially after my husband had been gardening but not any more, I have recommended washamat to all of my family and friends.

I bought a couple of these to replace the excellent Washamats I purchased a few years ago from the Ideal World shopping channel. I don't know how to get hold of those particular ones and what make they were. Unfortunately these are not the same and just don't perform as well.
With the Ideal World versions any moisture picked up from, for example, a wet lawn, would be completely absorbed even with a quick step on, step off, but with these Dandy versions there's still some residual moisture carried onto the utility room floor, even with a vigorous wipe.
They're better than standard mats but just not as good as the Ideal World ones.

These mats are excellent and being cotton absorb moisture extremely well. As I was so pleased with the first one I have since purchased two more.
